Odalan – Pura Samuan Tiga Temple

At Pura Samuan Tiga, one of Bali’s oldest and most important temples, large temple ceremonies bring together devotees from villages across the island.

During the rare Karya Agung Panca Wali Krama purification ceremony, sacred objects, ritual dances, and elaborate processions filled the temple courtyards for more than a month. Devotees carried sacred heirlooms, women performed ritual dances, and hundreds of participants took part in dramatic purification ceremonies.
